Estudio de las sentencias sobre la acción extraordinaria de protección en el Ecuador

Abstract

Abstract: This study is part of the macro legal research project carried out by the Law Degree of the Private Technical University of Loja, under the title of Study of sentences on extraordinary protection action, within the scope of Constitutional Procedural Law, under the model study of judicial decisions and contribute the results of the investigation to the observatory of constitutional rulings in Ecuador, which is in the process of construction by the UTPL. A study was carried out on the nature of this jurisdictional guarantee incorporated in Ecuador in the 2008 Constitution, which seeks the effective and immediate protection of the rights recognized in the Constitution against their violation, by the ordinary justice bodies.The normative, legal and doctrinal analysis of the assigned judgments, allowed to know about the jurisdiction of the Constitutional Court, as well as the methods and rules of constitutional interpretation applied to resolve, which guarantee the validity of constitutional rights and supremacy.
