Bioética global y derechos humanos: un intento de fundamentación universal para la bioética jurídica

Abstract:In this end-of-degree work, an analysis is carried out about the concept of global bioethics and human rights, being the elementary basis for approaching us towards a coherent foundation of the subject, taking into account the basic and transcendental principles of bioethics, their interpretation based on human rights, their importance, as well as the link they have with human dignity as a highly valued expression within society and the rights system. An analysis is also carried out through surveys and interviews about the subjection of universal bioethics, the recognition of human rights and respect for human dignity in the two ethnic nationalities of the Yantzaza canton of the province of Zamora Chinchipe.
