| Abstract: | Abstract:The present investigation carried out was in charge of diagnosing the state in which the urban green areas of the city of Macas are located. For this, an inventory of the main urban areas was first carried out, where 7 parks were found within the city, through a field visit it was possible to know the current situation of the infrastructure of each park, the percentage of existing plant coverage, species of flora that exists in urban areas. The importance of the opinion of the inhabitants that adjoin the parks was also known, and it allowed us to establish the deficiencies that currently exist, in order to take corrective corrections; and for this it was found that there is insecurity and the lack of maintenance of the parks of the city of Macas. |
| Description: | Resumen: La presente investigación realizada se encargó de diagnosticar el estado en el que se encuentran las áreas verdes urbanas de la ciudad de Macas. Para esto primeramente se realizó un inventario de las principales áreas urbanas, donde se encontraron 7 parques dentro de la ciudad, mediante una visita de campo se pudo conocer la situación actual de la infraestructura de cada parque, el porcentaje de cobertura vegetal existente, especies de flora que existe en las áreas urbanas. También se conoció la importancia de la opinión de los habitantes que colindan con los parques, y nos permitió establecer las deficiencias que existen actualmente, para poder tomar las correcciones correctivas; y para esto se encontró que existe inseguridad y la falta de mantenimiento de los parques de la ciudad de Macas. |
