Innovación bancaria en la provincia de Loja, enfoque en los corresponsales no bancarios en el cantón Saraguro al año 2019

Abstract

Abstract:The main axis of this research is to evaluate the perception regarding the use of non-bank correspondents (CNB) in the province of Loja, specifically in the canton Saraguro by the year 2019, to fulfill this objective a sample of 375 inhabitants of the economically active population. After that, the information was collected through a survey applied to the selected sample. In it, those criteria were identified which are considered when making use of the CNB and thus being able to develop alternatives that contribute to improving this means of financial intermediation.The methodology used in the research is of a qualitative approach, the results obtained determined that 85% fully agree that the use of a non-bank correspondent is a good idea. Likewise, 79% recognize that non-bank correspondents are an agile and fast service channel. Of the total sample, 86% of the EAP corresponding to the Saraguro canton has had an approach to the financial system, being an active part of financial inclusion.
