Diseño de un sistema de gestión ambiental para el GAD de Papallacta NAPO Bajo la norma ISO 14001:2015

Abstract

Abstract:The following degree paper presents the design of an Environmental Management System (EMS) based on ISO 14001:2015 which is an international standard in the area of environmental management. This project was developed in the GAD of the parish of Papallacta, Canton Quijos, Province of Napo and proposes the incorporation of a design of SGA, through the diagnosis of the initial environmental review of said unit. The negative and positive aspects and impacts of this entity were determined. Based on ISO 14001, the GHS is designed along the ISO guidelines, which include an environmental management policy and plan with their respective procedures, programs, records, lists and documented information to increase the environmental sensitivity of those work in this institution and achieve better management through prevention and continuous improvement. The work shows the importance of the incorporation of international standards in the public sector that allows the person in charge by popular vote to give continuity to projects or works of their predecessors.
