Implementación de un sistema web para la gestión del personal operativo de la defensa aérea Ecuatoriana.

Abstract

Abstract:In order to fulfill the mission and institutional vision of the Ecuadorian Air Force, it is necessary to make rapid decision-making in different institutional divisions or departments, selecting the appropriate personnel to fulfill certain missions and / or activities. In the specialty of Air Defense, the Department of Monitoring and Evaluation of the Headquarters of Air Defense Operations (JODA), is in charge of keeping the information of the personnel, in an updated way and available for the different distributions that require it, thus allowing, the decision-making is carried out with the selection of personnel. Due to this, this department needs to know the different levels of expertise, specialization, training, preparation and time of service of the personnel, which allows it to satisfy and comply with the institutional requirements. Therefore, the implementation of a web system is proposed, which allows the management of the operational personnel of the Ecuadorian Air Defense, keeping the information of these personnel updated, to carry out the search and consultation that meets the necessary requirements. Likewise, it is considered necessary in the web system, to be able to publish and register the courses to be carried out in this specialty.
