Las ciencias experimentales en el bachillerato general unificado año lectivo 2020-2021

Abstract

Abstract:This study is prepared based on a diagnosis of the continuous training needs of teachers, related to experimental science subjects, based on the curricular requirements proposed by the Ministry of Education for the BGU Baccalaureate in Ecuador. Taking as a reference the data of the teachers of the area of Mathematics and Physics, of the provinces of Azuay, Zamora Chinchipe, Loja and Pichincha (Quito), to whom the survey that was pre-designed within the framework of the UTPL project was applied. A wide bibliography on the different elements that make up the educational system was taken as a theoretical basis and research guide. To carry out the research, the methods were used; deductive, inductive, analytical and synthetic that allowed generalizing the processes from the problem, to the determination of the conclusions and recommendations. The teachers state that the training courses dictated by the Ministry of Education are acceptable in relation to macro planning, but that they require continuous training in specialty topics focused on each of their areas and general pedagogy topics, in order to improve your professional performance.
