| Abstract: | Abstract: The work carried out refers to the Sustainable Development Objective 16, related to the analysis sentence chosen by the student, and, likewise, to the subject of preference of the student, in this case Human Rights, in which an in-depth analysis is made of everything that is included in ODS 16, its importance, its background, the rights it protects, etc. The result is a complete study of this document, which details the importance of the fundamental rights of human beings that govern society and, most importantly, that any type of failure to comply with these rights must be duly sanctioned in order to guarantee citizens effective protection. With this thesis, the result is to know and understand the purpose of the ODS, especially ODS 16, which are objectives set to improve the quality of life of people, allowing better development in all senses, and likewise of our planet that over the past few years has been affected in very worrying dimensions. |
| Description: | Resumen: El trabajo realizado hace referencia al Objetivo de Desarrollo Sostenible 16, relacionado con la sentencia de análisis escogida por el estudiante, y, así mismo, con la materia de preferencia del mismo, en este caso Derechos Humanos, en el cuál se hace un análisis profundo de todo lo que engloba el ODS 16, su importancia, sus antecedentes, los derechos que tutela, etc. Obteniendo como resultado un estudio completo del mismo, en el cuál se detalla la importancia de los derechos fundamentales de los seres humanos, que rigen a la sociedad y, lo más importante, que todo tipo de incumplimiento de los mismo debe tener sus debidas sanciones para garantizar así a la ciudadanía una tutela efectiva. Con la presente tesis, se logra como resultado conocer y entender el fin de los ODS, en este caso del ODS 16, que son objetivos planteados para mejorar la calidad de vida de las personas, permitiéndoles un mejor desarrollo en todos los sentidos, y de igual manera de nuestro planeta que a lo largo de los últimos años ha sido afectado en dimensiones muy preocupantes. |
