| Abstract: | Abstract:In this degree work, a study was carried out regarding the objectives of sustainable development, especially SDG 16 "Peace, justice and solid institutions" within which the rights protected by it were addressed, from the theoretical scope to later carry out the analysis of the legal aspects of each of the plans adopted by the government to guarantee their fulfillment and thus meet the 2030 agenda. In addition, a relationship was made between judgment 056-16-SEP-CC and ODS 16, where the violation of the rights to due process to effective judicial protection was identified. The results obtained for this were exposed, the advantages or limitations of the research were shown, questions are answered, regarding how this study can contribute socially and legally to improve the social and professional environment. Finally, the results were discussed addressing the aspects of Administrative Law in the context of COVID 19, the public policies adopted to comply with SDG 16 and personal perceptions about the sentence studied. |
| Description: | Resumen: En el presente trabajo de titulación se efectuó un estudio respecto de los objetivos de desarrollo sostenible, en especial del ODS 16 Paz, justicia e instituciones sólidas dentro del cual se abordó los derechos tutelados por el mismo, desde el ámbito teórico para posteriormente realizar el análisis de los aspectos legales de cada uno de los planes adoptados por el gobierno para garantizar su cumplimiento y de esta manera atender la agenda 2030. Además, se hizo una relación entre la sentencia 056-16-SEPCC y el ODS 16, en donde se identificó la vulneración de los derechos al debido proceso a la tutela judicial efectiva. Se expusieron los resultados obtenidos para ello se puso de manifiesto, las ventajas o limitaciones de lo investigado, se responden preguntas, respecto de cómo este estudio puede aportar social y jurídicamente para mejorar el entorno social y profesional. Finalmente, se efectuó la discusión de los resultados abordando los aspectos del Derecho Administrativo en el contexto de la COVID 19, las políticas públicas adoptadas para dar cumplimiento al ODS 16 y las percepciones personales sobre la sentencia estudiada. |
