| Abstract: | Abstract: The Sustainable Development Goals are elements that allow us to put an end to poverty, protect the planet and guarantee that all people enjoy peace and prosperity, which is why the case study corresponding to illicit trafficking of scheduled substances subject to control, is It is directly related to SDG 16, which is Justice, Peace and Solid Institutions, so that people who are involved in trafficking do so as a result of poverty and lack of employment, leading them to commit this type of crime, if not they have an income that allows them to have a decent life. As part of the Sustainable Development Goals we have peace, which is an expression that refers to a state of well-being, tranquility, stability and security that is opposed to war and has a positive link, peace is universally desired and to maintain it it is necessary to be understanding and open to dialogue, regardless of our cultural values. Another important concept within the Sustainable Development Goals we have Justice, which refers to the values that are instilled in society, which seek the common good for all citizens. Therefore, justice is not considered as a law, but rather tries to regulate the behavior of people, it is considered as a precept that starts from the premise of granting each person what they really deserve according to their acts and behaviors with society, based on fairness or equity. |
| Description: | Resumen: Los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible son elementos que nos permiten poner fin a la pobreza, proteger el planeta y garantizar que todas las personas gocen de paz y prosperidad, el caso de estudio correspondiente al tráfico ilícito de sustancias catalogadas sujetas a fiscalización, se relaciona directamente con el ODS 16 Justicia, Paz e Instituciones Sólidas, debido a que las personas que se dedican al tráfico, lo hacen a consecuencia de la pobreza, por cuando no tienen un ingreso que les permita tener una vida digna. Como parte de los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible tenemos la paz, que es una expresión que hace referencia a un estado de bienestar, tranquilidad, estabilidad y seguridad que está opuesto a la guerra y tiene un vínculo positivo, la paz es ansiada universalmente y para mantenerla es necesario ser comprensivo y abierto al diálogo. Otro concepto importante dentro de los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible tenemos la Justicia, misma que hace referencia a los valores que se inculcan en la sociedad, las cuales buscan el bien común para todos los ciudadanos. |
