Abstract:The subject of this degree work is: ¨ Academic preferences of Law students and their link with the Sustainable Development Goals (ODS) through the study of sentences¨ in which the main objective of knowing the factors that converge in the Law Graduate of the UTPL to develop preferences for specific areas of legal science and their future specialization in minors, such an analysis of legal research in which the plurality of approaches, theories, disciplines is considered, categories and, ultimately, methods to address the legal as well as the correlation between subjects of a curricular network with specific institutions of a legal nature such as rights, and its link with projects of global interest such as the sustainable development goals agenda Through the analysis of sentences, it is one that can generate new experiences and expect processes active for the professional future. Obtaining, as well as results that the subject that has been taken as a reference within the curricular mesh of the Law School of the UTPL is criminal procedural law, because it forms a set of legal norms that regulate criminal procedures, In addition, its purpose is to make effective the criminal law, by which criminal acts are investigated, the identification of the perpetrators and establish the sanctioning measures It mainly seeks to respond to crime and victims.
