dc.description	Resumen: El presente trabajo se enmarca dentro del análisis de la sentencia emitida por la Corte Constitucional sobre la aplicación del Decreto Ejecutivo 813, en vinculación con el Objetivo de Desarrollo Sostenible Nro. 8. El estudio se centra en repasar la importancia de los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible, con especial énfasis en el Nro. 8, referente al derecho al trabajo digno y decente, el mismo que es protegido por la Constitución y la Ley. Los derechos vulnerados con la aplicación del Decreto 813, fueron el derecho al trabajo, el debido proceso, la no discriminación, el derecho a no ser obligado a realizar algo prohibido y la seguridad jurídica. El trabajo realizado concluye con la declaratoria por parte de la Corte Constitucional, sobre la inconstitucionalidad del artículo 8 del Decreto Ejecutivo 813, el cual sólo podrá ser aplicado siempre y cuando no se lo realice de manera obligatoria.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	Abstract:This work is part of the analysis of the ruling issued by the Constitutional Court on the application of Executive Decree 813, in connection with the Sustainable Development Goal No. 8. The study focuses on reviewing the importance of the Development Goals Sustainable, with special emphasis in the No. 8 regarding the right to decent and dignified work which is protected by the Constitution and the Law. The rights that were violated with the application of Decree 813, were the right to work, due process, non-discrimination, the right not being forced to do something prohibited and the legal security. The work carried out concludes with the declaration by the Constitutional Court, on the unconstitutionality of article 8 of Executive Decree 813, which can only be applied as long as it is not mandatory.	es_ES
