| Abstract: | Abstract: The purpose of this work is to establish the applicability of Civil Law as a subject of preference and its link with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) No. 16. Peace, justice and solid institutions through the study of the chosen sentence called Action Protection for Paternity Challenge. This research offers an analysis of the achievements, importance and challenges in the implementation of SDG 16. Also, in this investigation the challenge of paternity is analyzed in order to know what will be the impact on Integral Development in Children and Adolescents. |
| Description: | Resumen: El presente trabajo tiene por finalidad establecer la aplicabilidad del Derecho Civil como asignatura de preferencia y su vinculación con los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS) Nro. 16. Paz, justicia e instituciones sólidas a través del estudio de la sentencia escogida denominada Acción de Protección por Impugnación de paternidad. Esta investigación ofrece un análisis sobre los logros, la importancia y desafíos en la implementación del ODS 16. También en esta indagación se analiza la impugnación de paternidad con el fin de saber cuál será la incidencia en el Desarrollo Integral en los Niños, Niñas Y Adolescentes. |
