Para el análisis de esta investigación, se empleó la metodología orientada al diagnóstico organizacional de pequeñas y medianas empresas (PYMES).El trabajo realizado contempla como objetivos específicos,la identificación de riesgos asociados al equipo esterilizador UHT, y la propuesta de medidas preventivas de seguridad industrial para contrarrestar los riesgos asociados al mencionado esterilizador UHT. | dc.description.abstract | Abstract: The general objective of this work isthe implementation of an industrial safety manual for the maintenance of the UHT sterilizer, from the Ecolac company, located within the facilities of the Private Technical University of Loja. For the analysis of this research, the methodology oriented tothe organizational diagnosis of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) was used. The work carried out includes as specific objectives, the identification of risks associated with the UHT sterilizer equipment, and the proposal of preventive industrial safety measures to counteract the risks associated with the aforementioned UHT sterilizer. Through the information collected and analyzed, the third specific objective was fulfilled, aimed at the elaboration of an industrial safety manual for UHT sterilizing equipment. | es_ES |
