Abstract

Abstract: The research work is "academic preferences of the students of the law career and their relationship with the sustainable development objectives (ODS) through the study of sentences" has had the purpose of studying a sentence of the constitutional court to carry out the due research and analyze its normative, legal and doctrinal content, through this study it allows observing the level of the judges to make their arguments and decide when the due rights are violated.Alsoas a general study we find (ODS) or also called the 2030 agenda that was approved to unite nations and individuals from all over the world, to achieve these new paths towards a better future.The advancement of the SDGs is depending on each nation to observe its need and in such a way incorporate those aspirations and goals, there are 17 objectives to eradicate poverty, protect the planet and ensure prosperity, each objective must be achieved in the next 15 years.This work not only reflects the literary search and the analysis of the argumentative content is to observe the skills that as professionals we will apply when practicing the profession.
