Systematization of the pedagogical experiences in the EFL teaching training program

Abstract

Abstract: The present work has the title Systematization of Pedagogical Experiences in the EFL teaching training program with the purpose of systematizing the experiences acquired during the pre-professional practices carried out by the student in a face-to-face and virtual way, during school years 2018-2019, 2019-2020 and 2020-2021, first as an observer and later as principal teacher in different levels of General Basic Education and Bachillerato in fiscal institutions located in Pichincha, Quitoin the sectors of Luluncoto and Chimbacalle.Aspects of planning, linguisticaspects, learning management, and methodology are taking into consideration. The phasesallowed acquiring the learning experience and reflecting on itspositive and negative aspects in order to achieve through these systematization of experiences the contributing tothe teacher's training profile being useful for future teachers and serving as a guide to know the teaching reality specifically in Ecuador.Finally, recognizing the importance of observation classes indifferent levels that allowed to analyze and reflect on how EFL teachers conduct classes, plan lesson and reinforce linguistic aspects in order to know how to manage the classroom using different methods.
