Identificación de factores de riesgos laborales psicosociales en trabajadores agropecuarios en Ecuador durante el año 2021

Abstract

Abstract: The agricultural sector is important for the economic progress of the country since it generates sources of work contributing to healthy eating, offering well-being to national and migrant families, for this reason this project was developed with the objective of identifying psychosocial risk factors and repercussions on labor performance that it may cause in national workers and migrant workers of various public and private companies in the agricultural sector in differentprovinces of Ecuador during the year 2021. The verification was carried out through a sample of 40 workers (20 nationals and 20 foreigners). Using evaluation instruments such as Socio Demographic questionnaire, MBI, COPCQ, PCQ, DASS -21, UCLA -20, ER -14. A general review of the results showed that the majority of migrant and national workers obtain job stability and adequate mental health without Burnout syndrome, high perception of development, high psychological capital, however in perception of loneliness and support among colleagues they presented significant scores and it is suggested to carry out future studies to determine the origin of obtaining these levels.
