| Beschreibung: | ionals with in the population of el carmen are of the health sed. For this reason, they adopt more emotional load, stress, depression and anxiety that as a consequence affect their mental health and their development at work. It was concluded that the native people of El Carmen present more variables of psychosocial risks that foreigners, being these last ones more resilient and with a higher psicologic capital and satisfaction with their job. |
