Abstract

Abstract: The feasibility study is presented for the purchase of the land and the construction of a shopping center with 80 shops, parking, playground and green spaces in La Esperanza parish, Ibarra canton, Imbabura province. The project consists of buying the land and building the infrastructure with the economic contribution of 80 entrepreneurs from the area and the La Esperanza Parish Government and thus satisfy the demand for their own direct marketing spaces from the producer to the consumer. The study is carried out based on secondary information from previous studies, the Plan of Development and Territorial Ordering of the Parish GAD La Esperanza, registers of enterprises and patents of the Municipal GAD of Ibarra. The general conclusion is that the project is feasible and generates profitability. Economically it is desired by the partners, partners, entrepreneurs involved in the project; At the social level, it allows strengthening the economic development of families in the south- eastern part of the Ibarra canton.
