| Abstract: | Abstract: he tourist offer of an area is the success of a tourist destination; the participation of the regulatory entities plays an important role at the time of planning. The present investigation is developed with the objective of knowing the current situation of the tourist plant, in order to obtain the exact number of existing tourist establishments, with the purpose of presenting the results by means of geographically referenced maps. The fundamental part of the research includes the compilation of bibliographic information that is the basis of support, the in-situ work, the georeferencing of the tourist establishments with the help of Handay GPS with coordinates in UTM and through the ArcGIS 10.3 platform, to this the surveys are implemented to analyze the satisfaction of the tourist with respect to the services received.According, to the results obtained from the research it is evidenced that the tourist offer is located in the central part of the city. |
| Description: | Resumen: La oferta turística de una zona es el éxito de un destino turístico; la participación de las entidades reguladoras juega un papel importante a la hora de planificar.La presente investigación se desarrolla con el objetivo de conocer la situación actual de la planta turística, con el fin de obtener el número exacto de establecimientos turísticos existentes, con la finalidad de presentar los resultados mediante mapas geográficamente referenciados .La parte fundamental de la investigación, comprende la recopilación de información bibliográfica que es la base de sustentación, el trabajo in-situ, la georreferenciación de los establecimientos turísticos con ayuda del GPS Handa y con coordenadas en UTM y mediante la plataforma ArcGIS 10.3, a esto se implementa las encuestas para analizar la satisfacción del turista con respecto a los servicios recibidos.De acuerdo, a los resultados obtenidos de la investigación se evidencia que la oferta turística se ubica en la zona parte céntrica de la ciudad. |
