Abstract

Abstract: The present investigation had as its general objective, to identify the main factors that influenced the productivity of human talent of the GIR zone 8, Guayas province in 2018, within its specific objectives, it was proposed to carry out a diagnosis of the internal and external factors that influence the performance of human talent of the GIR zone 8 in 2018, analyze the productivity indicators that allow improving the performance of human talent of the GIR zone 8 and design a proposal that allows optimizing the productivity of human talent of the GIR zone 8. The methodology used was based on a mixed approach, since a qualitative approach was required in order to be able to analyze the interviews carried out, as well as the doctrinal content related to human talent, its importance, factors and its advantage. It was also necessary to use the quantitative method to carry out the statistical analysis of the surveys carried out. Finally, it was concluded that it is necessary for this unit to dedicate itself exclusively to its functions as an élite body.
