| Abstract: | Abstract:In order to know the physical-spatial requirements required by the families of the housing projects developed by the Ecuadorian State in the last 50 years, based on the transformations carried out by the inhabitants to the original project, an investigation was carried out based on the analysis typology of housing programs in the period 1973-2020. For this, four particular cases were analyzed: Los Faiquez, La Pradera, Esteban Godoy, and Julio Ordoñez, emphasizing the analysis of the problems in relation to the typology. Among the findings found, they highlight that the houses built in Loja-Ecuador, identified that the houses developed by housing programs in the city of Loja, do not meet the minimum characteristics required to optimize the use of space and guarantee quality for their population. |
| Description: | Resumen:Con la finalidad de conocer los requerimientos físico-espaciales que requerían las familias de los proyectos habitacionales desarrollados por el Estadoecuatoriano en los últimos 50 años, a partir de las transformaciones realizadas por los habitantes al proyecto original, se realizó una investigación basada en el análisis tipológico de los programas habitacionales en el periodo 1973-2020. Para ello se analizaron cuatro casos particulares: Los Faiquez, La Pradera, Esteban Godoy, y Julio Ordoñez, haciendo hincapié al análisis de los problemas en relación a lo tipológico. Dentro de los hallazgos encontrados resaltan que las viviendas contruidas en Loja-Ecuador, identificó que las viviendaspúblicas desarrolladas por programas habitacionales en la ciudad de Loja, no cumplen con las caracteristicas minimas requeridas para lograr un optimizar el uso del espacio y garantizar calidad de vida para sus habitantes. |
