Abstract

Abstract: My thesis is synthesized in defending a protection action requested by a father of a family when seeing fundamental rights contemplated in the Constitution violated, against a Campaign for the prevention of teenage pregnancies, I have linked it with Sustainable Development Goal No. 16, which It protects the right to Justice among others and with the subject of Constitutional Law, which under doctrine and jurisprudence contains the guarantees of society. The Court supports its resolution arguing that adolescents are subjects of rights and sexual and reproductive life is within them, but there are some inconsistencies that I personally find and therefore I present my arguments as the object of the study that was requested in the Thesis Project. My thesis tries to find in the science of Law respect for the Constitution, its principles and judgments are executed with justice and equity in accordance with our Constitution and fundamental rights are not violated. A desire of every human being is for justice to be done and there must always be a voice that rises up to demand this right.
