Análisis y procedimientos de rehabilitación de los sistemas constructivos en una vivienda patrimonial en la ciudad de Zaruma

Abstract

Abstract: The present research work focuses on the restoration of an Old Heritage building in the city of Zaruma, for this purpose, information has been gathered on the materials allowed for the intervention and that are properly characteristic of the environment; being the fundamental element the wood, which is the main distinctive of the structure of the Patrimonial houses of Zaruma. Since the current state of the house to be intervened is deteriorated, every detail of the house will be analyzed thoroughly, starting with a hypothetical reconstruction, and identifying all the transformations that it has undergone over time until our present time; taking as object of study the regulations on which they have been based to carry out these alterations. Together, a Rehabilitation proposal applied to this house that is part of the historic center of the city of Zaruma is exposed, thus assuming a great architectural, historical and urban value. The pathologies, alterations, and the proposal that seeks to take action against all the deteriorations presented will be detailed through plans and images.
