| dc.description | Resumen: Introducción:El presente trabajo se realizó con el findedesarrollar y evaluar la efectividad de un programa educativo sobre alimentación preescolar en madres del Centro de Salud Malacatos. Metodología:Serealizoun estudiodescriptivo transversal, con 116madres de niños de 1 y 5 años. Seaplicó un cuestionario de conocimientospre y post-intervención validado.Resultados:Para el análisis de variablescuantitativasy cualitativasse analizó con laprueba chi-cuadrado ygamma.Seencontró queantes de la aplicación del programa el 55.2%de las madres tenían conocimiento bajo. Postintervencionel 93.1% mostro un conocimiento alto. Discusion:El nivel de conocimiento de las madresmejoro despuesde la intervencion educativa;lo que coincide con lo encontrado en diversos estudios dondeposterior a la aplicación de un programa educativa se evidencio una mejoría importante enlos conocimientos sobre alimentación saludable. Conclusión:Los resultados de esta investigación demuestran que la media al inicio de la intervencion fue de 6.03 y post intervencion la media mejoro aumentando a 10.38el nivel de conocimiento. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | Abstract: Introduction:The present work was carried out in order to develop and evaluate the effectiveness of an educational program on preschool feeding in mothers of the Malacatos Health Center. Methodology:A cross-sectional descriptive study was carried out with 116 mothersof 1 and 5-year-old children. A validated pre and post-intervention knowledge questionnaire was applied. Results:For the analysis of quantitative and qualitative variables, it was analyzed with the chi-square and gamma test. It was found that before the application of the program, 55.2% of the mothers had low knowledge. Post intervention 93.1% showed high knowledge. Discussion:The mothers' level of knowledge improved after the educational intervention; This coincides with what was found in various studies where, after the application of an educational program, a significant improvement in knowledge about healthy eating was evidenced.Conclusion:The results of this research show that the mean at the beginning of the intervention was 6.03 and post-intervention the mean improved, increasing the level of knowledge to 10.38. | es_ES |
