Financiamiento para las Pymes en el Mercado de Valores: Oportunidades y Retos.Estudio de las Empresas del Sector CIIU H4923.01 de la Zona 7 del Ecuador

Abstract

Abstract: Today, SMEs in the ISIC H4923.01 sector of zone 7 contribute economically to Ecuador's GDP, for this reason they require adequate financing to continue growing in the market. The objective of this work is to analyze the financial instruments of SMEs (ISIC H4923.01 -All activities of road freight transport, including in vans of: logs, livestock, refrigerated transport, cargo) in the stock market, of the provinces that make up zone 7 of Ecuador in the period 2017 -2019. The methodology used was mixed: quantitative and qualitative, where 15 SMEs were evaluated. When analyzing the indicators of these companies, it was determined that most of them do not have an adequate rating to obtain financing in the stock market; and when conducting a thorough analysis to find out the reasons, it is concluded that this occurs due to lack of knowledge about the financing alternatives and the advantages that it entails, in addition, when comparing with the example SME, it was determined that three SMEs have the possibility of accessing to the stock market.
