| Abstract: | Abstract: The objective of this study was to know the factors that converge in the UTPL Law Graduate to develop preferences for specific areas of legal science and their future specialization. For this purpose, the case study methodology was applied, by reviewing the judgment promulgated by the Inter-American Court of Human Rights (IACHR)in the case of Mr. Montesinos, linked to the information sheet on academic preferences, obtaining as As a result, the sentence favored the victim and established the relationship between the constitutional principles that guarantee freedom, access to justice and the right to defense, as issued by SDG 16 pertinent to the 2030 Agenda of the United Nations Organization, as well as as well as the eighth and ninth objective ofthe National Plan for the Development of a Lifetime, in force until May 2021. In conclusion, this constitutes an opportunity to enhance the competences of the Law student in the subjects of their choice, despite the existing limitations for respond to legal conflicts generated by current structural changes. |
| Description: | Resumen: El presente estudiotuvo comoobjetivoconocer los factores que confluyen en el Egresado de Derecho de UTPL para desarrollar preferencias por áreas específicas de lascienciasjurídicasy su futura especialización.Para el efecto,se aplicó la metodología del estudio de casos, mediante la revisión de la sentencia que promulgó la Corte Interamericana de Derechos Humanos(CIDH)en el casodel señor Montesinos, vinculada con la ficha informativa de preferencias académicas, obteniendo como resultado que la sentencia favoreció a la víctima ydejó sentado la relación entre los principios constitucionales que garantizan la libertad, acceso a la justicia y derecho a la defensa, tal como lo expide el ODS16pertinente a la Agenda 2030 de Organización de Naciones Unidas, así como al octavo y noveno objetivo del Plan Nacional de DesarrolloToda una Vida, vigente hasta mayo del 2021. En conclusión, ello constituye una oportunidad para potenciar las competencias del estudiante de Derecho en las asignaturas de su preferencia, a pesar de las limitacionesexistentespara responder a losconflictos jurídicos generados por los cambios estructurales actuales. |
