dc.description | Resumen: La falta de adherencia al tratamiento farmacológico es un problema de impacto a nivel mundial, convirtiéndose en la primera causade muerte o discapacidad por fracaso terapéutico.Objetivo: Desarrollar una intervención multidisciplinariaa la adherencia al tratamiento farmacológico en pacientes hipertensos del centro de salud de Tierras Coloradas.Método: Se realizó un estudio cuasi-experimental,se desarrollo una estrategiade intervención multidisiplinariase aplicó un pre y post testa pacientescon HTAy se utilizólaficha de recolección de datos sociodemográficosy el test dede Morisky-Green 8 ítems de adherencia farmacológicacomo instrumentos.Resultados: en el estudio prevaleciólas edades entre 50a 64 años (37, 9%), el 84,8% son sexo femenino,casados con el 66,7%, nivel de escolaridad básica (57,6%)y la ocupación quehaceres domesticos(72,7%). Al inicio de la intervención con el 87.95 baja adherencia y al final de la intervención el 59,1% de adherencia media y el 6.1% adherencia alta.Conclusión: Laintervención realizadahacia el abordaje ala adherencia al tratamiento farmacológico en pacientes con HTAresultó efectiva. | es_ES |
dc.description.abstract | Abstract: Lack of adherence to pharmacological treatment is a problem of worldwide impact, becoming the first cause of death or disability due to therapeutic failure. Objective: To develop a multidisciplinary intervention to improve adherence to pharmacological treatment in hypertensive patients at the Tierras Coloradas health center. Methods: A quasi-experimental study was carried out, a multidisciplinary intervention strategy was developed, a pre-and post-test was applied to patients with hypertension and a sociodemographic data collection form and the Morisky-Green 8-item pharmacological adherence test were used as instruments. Results: the study was dominated by patients aged between 50 and 64 years (37.9%), 84.8% were female, 66.7% were married, 57.6% had basic schooling, and 72.7% were engaged in housework. At the beginning of the intervention, 87.95% had low adherence and at the end of the intervention, 59.1% had medium adherence and 6.1% had high adherence. Conclusion: The intervention carried out to address adherence to pharmacological treatment in patients with hypertension was effective. | es_ES |
