dc.description	Resumen: La hipertensión arterial es una enfermedad de alta prevalencia y morbimortalidad. El incumplimiento terapéutico causa problemas en el control de la misma que a su vez con lleva a complicaciones. La adherencia terapéutica se refiere a la conducta que lleva el paciente a cumplir su tratamiento y recomendaciones para mejorar su estilo de vida. Por lo que el presente trabajo se desarrolló con el objetivo de desarrollar una estrategia encaminada a la adherencia al tratamiento farmacológico en sujetos hipertensos del centro de salud de Obrapia. Se incluyó a 52 pacientes (39 mujeres) pertenecientes al centro de salud de Obrapia. Los resultados obtenidos, según el test de Morisky Green mostraron un porcentaje del 15,3% logró media adherencia y el 84,61 adherencia alta indicando que la estrategia de intervención enfocada hacia el abordaje de la adherencia al tratamiento farmacológico en los pacientes hipertensos resulto efectiva.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	Abstract: Arterial hypertension is a disease of high prevalence and morbidity and mortality. Therapeutic noncompliance causes problems in this control, which could lead to complications. Therapeutic adherence refers to the behavior that leads the patient to comply with their treatment and recommendations to improve their lifestyle. Therefore, the present work was developed with the objective of developing a strategy aimed at adherence to pharmacological treatment in hypertensive subjects of the Obrapia health center. 52 patients (39 women) belonging to the Obrapia health center were included. The resultsobtained, according to the Morisky - Green test, showed a percentage of 15.3% achieved medium adherence and 84.61 high adherence, indicating that the intervention strategy focused on addressing adherence to pharmacological treatment in hypertensive patients resulted -to effective.	es_ES
