Abstract

Abstract: An exhaustive analysis will be carried out on the Sustainable Development Goals and their relationship with judgment No. 295-17-SEP-CC of the Constitutional Court of Ecuador in which the violation of the right to due process in the guarantee of motivation was declared. , especially the study of objective No. 16 deals with peace, justice, and solid institutions; reasons for which it seeks to promote equitable, just, inclusive and peaceful societies. The SDGs were proposed by the UN to reinforce social security, say no to discrimination, reaching peaceful and just societies, all with the active participation of governments and the use of international letters and instruments that are recognized by Ecuador.The investigative work is divided into 4 chapters; In chapter one, the respective analysis of the bibliography on the Sustainable Development Goals was carried out in relation to the ruling of the constitutional court; in chapter two a description of the study methods and materials such as the sentence was developed; in chapter three the results of the analyzes are shown; and finally in chapter four is the discussion, also here a brief analysis is made about the influence of Covid19 and what this has meant for society.
