| dc.description | Resumen: El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo principal conocer el nivel de percepción de los ciudadanos sobre la gestión del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado del Cantón Marcabelí, para lograr este objetivose aplicóuna encuesta a345 ciudadanos mayores de 18 años de edad residentes en el Cantón ,con la finalidad de recopilar información sobre el conocimiento que tiene la sociedad civil con respecto a las tareas y servicios que presta el municipio, conocer los principales problemas que percibe la ciudadanía,evaluar la participación ciudadana; y,conocer los mecanismos de participación e información de la municipalidad con los ciudadanos.El muestreo fue de tipo probabilísticoaleatorio simple, obteniendo como resultado un alto nivel de desconocimiento sobre los servicios y labores que realiza el municipio,alto grado de desinterés en participación ciudadana,los ciudadanos tienen una percepción regular en su gran mayoría sobre los servicios y tareasque presta el municipiodel cantón Marcabelí. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | Abstract: he main objective of this research is to know the level of perception of citizens about the management of the Decentralized Autonomous Government of the Canton Marcabelí, to achieve this objective a survey was applied to 345 citizens over 18 years of age residing in the Canton, in order to collect information on the knowledge that civil society has regarding the tasks and services provided by the municipality, to know the main problems perceived by citizens, to evaluate citizen participation, and to know the mechanisms of participation and information of the municipality with citizens. The sampling was of a simple random probabilistic type, obtaining as a result a high level of ignorance about the services and tasks performed by the municipality, high degree of disinterest in citizen participation, citizens have a regular perception in its great majority about the services and tasks provided by the municipality of the canton Marcabelí. | es_ES |
