Evaluación ex post del proyecto productivo: Implementación y mejoramiento de pasturas en los sistemas de producción bovina enfocada en la reducción de la interacción humanofauna silvestre, ejecutado en la parroquia Angochagua, cantón Ibarra, provincia de Imbabura

Abstract

Abstract: The objective of thisresearch was to implement an ex post analysis of the project: Implementation and improvement of pastures in cattle production systems focused on the reduction of human/wildlife interaction; This one was part of the intervention of the Wildlife Landscapes Project executed in 2017 and 2018, which was supported45 farmers from the Angochagua parish.For the ex post analysis, a mixed approach was considered. With the information obtained, the methodology: National Public Investment System (SNIP) was applied, using the surveys made to the beneficiaries and institutional members, to determine the relevance, efficiency, effectiveness, impact and sustainability in light of the specific objectives that were raised in the pre-investment. In the same way, the project was analyzed with the following result indicators: cost indicator, degree of compliance and coverage index.Once the investigation was carried out, the following conclusions were obtained: The project obtained an average compliance of 106%.The impact of the project based on the results indicators obtained a negative rating; and the impact of the project based on the results of the SNIP methodology had a positive rating. Finally, from the perception of the beneficiaries, the project was satisfactory.
