La mediación como cultura de paz y sus posibles soluciones en situaciones jurídicas controvertidas

Abstract

Abstract: The culture of Mediation has been studied over time from many perspectives and in different legislations, finding that the scientific knowledge covering the field is wide. Knowing the tools, their mode of application and the advantages of the same is that the present research work has been developed. The culture of peace needs mediation in order to achieve its objectives; it is essential that, along with its development, it is in society where the theoretical field is put into practice. There are still many edges if we refer to the Ecuadorian case; however, we will land in our legislation to analyze the specific case of the city of Loja and thus check if there is really a good management of both,mediation centers and mediation techniques. It is important to emphasize that mediation is an alternative dispute resolution system recognized nationally and internationally.
