Abstract

Abstract: The objective of this research work is to propose a business model under the Canvas methodology for enterprises in the poultry sector in the Nabón canton. This work is based on a theoretical framework in which it starts from the description of the enterprise to the schematization of the business model. The research methodology has allowed us to determine the current situation through the quantitative and qualitative methodology and the application of tools such as the survey directed to the clients of the sector and the interview that was carried out with the owners of the poultry enterprises, the results obtained allowed us identify the needs and preferences of the market, as well as determine the needs and implementation strategies for the enterprises. With the information obtained, a business model is designed that will improve the processes of the organizations. With the application of the proposed model, the poultry sector of the Nabón canton will be able to generate added value that will allow it to have greater profitability and achieve long-term customer loyalty.
