Abstract: The different catastrophic non comunicable diseases, dueto their highin fluenceo death sin Latin America, aroused greatin terestin different states, sinceit saffectation to the immunes y stemha sin fluenced the quality of life of those who suffer from it. However, with the arrival of the Cov id Pandemic 2019, many government ssuchas, Chile, Colombia, Uruguay, Mexico and Ecuador were noticeably neglected, focus ingon lyon SARS CoV2. The present work aimed tok now, what has been the impact caused by the arrivalof Covid-19 in its in habitants andas affected people with non comunicable diseases. The increase and decreases in the cases presented in each country were analyzed describe dabov eduring the years 2018 to 2021 intimeof pandemic.
