dc.description	Thedifferentcatastrophicnoncommunicablediseases,duetotheirhighinfluenceofdeathsinLatinAmerica,arousedgreatinterestindifferentstates,sinceitsaffectationtotheimmunesystemhasinfluencedthequalityofli feofthosewhosufferfromit.However,withthearrivaloftheCov idPa ndemic2019,manygovernmentssuchas,Chile,Colombia,Uruguay,MexicoandEcuadorwerenoticeablyneglected,focusingonlyonSARSCoV2.Thepresentworkaimedtoknow,whathasbeentheimpactcausedbythearrivalofCovid-19in its inhabitantsandasaffectedpeoplewithnoncommunicablediseases.Theincreaseanddecreasesinthecasespresented in eachcountry were analyzeddescribedaboveduringtheyears 2018to2021intimeofpandemic.Theresults obtained showedthatthevictimsofNCDsareamongaagefrom30to60 yearsandthatthedeathhasoccurredmostlyduetosituationsoutsidetheCovid, indicatingthatawarenessmustbetakenandlend,attentiontootherevents,inordertoavoidhumanlosses.	es_ES
