dc.description	Resumen: Las redes vialesdeben garantizar comodidad, seguridad, movilidad,procurando que las mismas no presenten dañosni fallas en la superficie de rodadura. Con el paso del tiempo se ha observado un desgasteen lasuperficie de rodadura dela carretera troncalE35, por lo que el presente trabajo se desarrolló con el objetivode evaluarla condición superficial del pavimento de lavíaLoja-Saraguro,tramo comprendido entre abscisas0+000 a 7+500 aplicando metodologíade evaluación superficial del Índicede Rugosidad Internacional (IRI) y el Índicede Condición del Pavimento(PCI),en base a la norma ASTMD 6433.En el tramo analizado el promedio PCI es 72, que corresponde a estado muy bueno, ademásse analizó el Tránsito Promedio Diario Anual(TPDA),que resultó ser3847 vehículos mixtos/día, de la aplicación del Índicede Rugosidad Internacional (IRI) se establece que los tramos presentan estados buenos y muy buenos.Finalmente se plantea una relación entre PCI y TPDA en aplicación de los datos registrados en el año 2018 y 2021 así como la propuesta de plan de intervenciónde acuerdo con eltipo de falla y su grado de severidad.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	Abstract: Road networks should guarantee comfort, safety, and mobility, ensuring that they do not present damages or failures in the road surface. With the passage of time, wear has been observed on the road surface of the E35 trunk road, so the present work was developed with the objective of evaluating the surface condition of the pavement of the Loja-Saraguro Road, section between abscissae 0+000 to 7+500, applying the International Roughness Index (IRI) and the Pavement Condition Index (PCI) surface evaluation methodology, based on what is described in ASTMD 6433.In the section analyzed, the average PCI is 72, which corresponds to a very good condition. In addition, the average annual daily traffic (TPDA) was analyzed, which was 3847 mixed vehicles/day, from the application of the International Roughness Index (IRI) it is established that the sections present good and very good conditions.Finally, a relationship between PCI and TPDA in application of the data recorded in 2018 and 2021 is proposed, as well as an intervention plan according to the type of failure and its degree of severity.	es_ES
