dc.description	Resumen: El presente trabajo investigativo, se desarrolla en base a la agenda 2030de la Organización de las Naciones Unidas, haciendoun análisis crítico,referente y comparativoentrela sentencia1894-10-JP/20, emitida por la Corte constitucional mediante la cual se acepta la Acción de Protección (en adelante AP) yel Objetivo de Desarrollo Sostenible(enadelante ODS),número 5que tiene como finalidad laIgualdad de Género. Los temas relevantesque hacen referencia elnúcleo de estainvestigación es la marcada importancia que tienen los ODS en el desarrollo social a nivel mundial, existiendo un afianzamiento de valores y principios universales,dentro de los que puntualizola lucha contra la discriminación de géneroy el avance que se ha logrado hasta la fecha,pese al últimoretroceso que se tuvocon la emergenciasanitaria vivida a nivel mundiala causa del SARS COVID 19, asimismose describen los derechos tuteladosy se analiza la situación actual de su cumplimiento, previendo con que tanta observancia se desarrollara lo planificado por los Estados Miembros.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	Abstract: This investigative work is developed based on the 2030 agenda of the United Nations Organization, making a critical, referential and comparative analysis between sentence 1894-10-JP / 20, issued by the Constitutional Court by which it is accepted the Protection Action (hereinafter AP) and the Sustainable Development Goal (hereinafter SDG), number 5 whose purpose is Gender Equality.The relevant issues that refer to the core of this research is the marked importance of the SDGs in social development worldwide, there is a consolidation of universal values and principles, within which I point out the fight against gender discrimination and the progress that has been achieved to date, despite the last setback that occurred with the health emergency experienced worldwide due to SARS COVID 19, the protected rights are also described and the current situation of their compliance is analyzed, anticipating that so much observance will develop what is planned by the Member States.	es_ES
