| dc.description | Resumen: En este estudio se realizó el aislamiento y caracterización de metabolitos secundarios del extracto total de Etanol procedente del hongo Hypholoma fasciculare, donde se aisló dos moléculas: Peróxido de Ergosterol y Estearato de Propilo, se analizaron sus estructuras mediante técnicas espectroscópicas como la RMN (Resonancia magnética nuclear) en base a la bibliografía reportada. Luego se evaluó la actividad antimicrobiana del extracto, el cual presento una actividad antimicrobiana baja. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | Abstract: In this study, the isolation and characterization of secondary metabolites of the total extract of ethanol from the fungus Hypholoma fasciculare was performed, where two molecules were isolated: Ergosterol peroxide and propyl stearate, their structures were analyzed by spectroscopic techniques such as NMR (Nuclear Magnetic Resonance) based on the reported bibliography. Then, the antimicrobial activity of the extract was evaluated, which showed a low antimicrobial activity. | es_ES |
