Abstract

Abstract: On the discussion of the research entitled Academic Preferences of Law students and its link with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG4) through the study of judgments, focuses its main objective on understanding the variables that converge in the graduate of the Law School of the UTPL to development Preferences for specific areas of legal science and their future specialization in these. Thus, the problem is analyzed in relation to the violation of due process and its link with ODS No. 4, through the study of Ruling No. 1497-20-JP issued by the Constitutional Court of Ecuador. The methodology used in the develop of this research is based on the systematic method. The information collected was organized in a sequential and orderly manner, using a theoretical-deductive method. The results obtained make us observe the application of norms in the violation of the right to education in the formal dimension of accessibility, being this a fundamental right established in all international treaties and instruments, having equal opportunities and without discrimination.
