Abstract

Abstract: The main objective of this degree work is to reveal what are the different components within the preferences of students and future professionals of the Law Degree of the Private Technical University of Loja, in terms of its projection professional and his possible postgraduate academic training in the immediate future, position that legal professionals must be in constant preparation, since the law By its nature it is changing, the behavior of society will always advance, The essential thing is that this knowledge-integrating project proposes the study of the 2030 Agenda with its 17 Sustainable Development Goals [SDGs]. The interrelationship that exists between the SDG selected, the sentence and the preferred legal matter, chosen by each of the students, whether ordinary or constitutional. The topic revolves around research, study and analysis of SDG 16, which aims to promote just, peaceful and inclusive, supported at all levels by effective and transparent institutions. Besides, through the activation of the different jurisdictional guarantees in this case an action extraordinary protection filed against the appeal and cassation rulings within a criminal process, this action is filed, with the purpose that the Court Constitutional Court interrupts the violation of the plaintiff's due process rights in the guarantees recognized in article 76 paragraph 7 literals a), b), c), g) and h) of the Constitution, by not granting adequate time for the technical defense to prepare its argument.
