Relación entre la carga laboral, estrés y riesgo ergonómico en el personal del municipio de Loja en el departamento de Gestión Económica, Financiero y la Unidad Municipal de Agua Potable 2024-2025

Abstract

Abstract: The present quantitative, analytical and cross-sectional study aims to objective to identify the level of work stress (ILO-WHO), workload (NASA TLX), the characteristics of the workplace (ROSA), the postures of greater load (RULA) for the association between variables and the relationship that exists between the stress, workload and ergonomic risk in the municipality of Loja, was used SPSS V.29 software for database and statistical analysis, testing of χ2, confidence interval, and the Kruskal-Wallis test and analysis of multinomial logistic regression. With 16 individuals from the department of UMAPAL, 68.75% male and 31.25% female. As a conclusion, it was determined that the majority of the workers of said department suffer from low levels of stress, also, a significant relationship with a value of p= 0.028 between the workload variables NASA TLX Task one: preparation and reporting with pain perception, which influences occupational risk, a larger population is required to identify the relationship between different variables.
