Abstract: The mobile system presented in this thesis will be a complete revolution for the way of making purchases throughout the country because it is integrated with new technology such as Artificial Intelligence. Of course, the application of AI also falls for specific reasons here, for example, if the customer asks something to the ChatGPT-4o model implemented at the server level, the product search system receives anything in natural language about any product that is of interest within the existing categories, he will no longer have to talk to a robot at all: he will receive answers that greatly simplify his search challenge. Another irreplaceable feature of the application lies in real-time messaging that, in cooperation with the customer, facilitates direct communication between customer and store; with which it not only considerably increases the user experience but also creates a more collaborative and effective communication environment. The system uses architectures such as MVVM and Clean Architecture for modular division, maintenance and scalability of its own design. Integrating the MongoDB and Firebase databases ensures that data is handled efficiently and safely; At the same time, using Ktor for the backend ensures strong, secure performance and operation under high demands thanks to coroutines. Systematically speaking, the project seeks not only to digitalize as much commerce as possible through the creation of products in different categories, but also to offer small and medium-sized e-commerce companies an effective solution both for product of.
