dc.description	Resumen: La Inteligencia artificial como herramienta permite renovar las dinámicas en una gran cantidad de trabajos, por tal su incidencia es tema de análisis, dicho esto el presente trabajo tiene como objetivo principal sintetizar los resultados más relevantes de diversos estudios dedicados al análisis de como la IA está transformando el mercado laboral, para el cual se utilizó una metodología identificada como revisión sistemática, con la cual se pudo recolectar las principales investigaciones, se logró identificar un total de 119 estudios relacionados al tema, de los cuales 23 cumplieron con los criterios de exclusión e inclusión, entre las conclusiones se menciona el incremento de la importancia en la capacitación de habilidades digitales y sociales, además de la susceptibilidad al desplazamiento o pérdida de empleo, para personas con habilidades rutinarias y repetitivas.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	Abstract: Artificial Intelligence as a tool allows to renew the dynamics in a large number of jobs, such as its incidence is the subject of analysis, having said that, the main objective of this work is to synthesize the most relevant results of various studies dedicated to the analysis of how AI is transforming the labor market, for which a methodology identified as a systematic review was used, with which the main research could be collected, a total of 119 studies related to the topic were identified, of which 23 met the exclusion and inclusion criteria, among the conclusions is mentioned the increase in the importance of training digital and social skills, in addition to the susceptibility to displacement or loss of employment, for people with routine and repetitive skills.	es_ES
