| Abstract: | Abstract: The research "Academic Preferences of Law Students and Their Connection to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through the Study of Judgments" analyzes how UTPL law students relate their education to the fulfillment of the SDGs, particularly SDG 16. This goal is aimed at promoting peaceful societies, ensuring access to justice, and strengthening effective institutions. The main objective of this research is to identify students' academic preferences through the analysis of sentences. During the study phase, it was observed that the most interesting subject for students, according to the data collected in the form, was constitutional information. This information is based on the data from the third variable of question two. This study of constitutional judgment No. 2158-17-EP/21, on the violation of the principle of best interests, the rights to legal certainty, and motivation. The teaching of law is proposed using a deductive and legal theoretical approach with the aim of building more just societies and greater implementation of sustainable development. |
| Description: | Resumen:La investigación "Preferencias académicas de los estudiantes de la carrera de Derecho y vinculación su vinculación con los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS) a través del estudio de sentencias" que analiza como los estudiantes de Derecho de la UTPL la formación con el cumplimiento de los ODS en particular el ODS 16, este objetivo se orienta a promover sociedades pacíficas, garantizar el acceso a la justicia y fortalecer las instituciones eficaces. El objetivo principal de esta investigación es identificar las preferencias académicas de los estudiantes a través del análisis de las oraciones. En la fase de estudio se pudo observar que la materia más interesante para el estudiante, según los datos recogidos en la ficha, era de la información constitucional, esta información según el dato de la tercera variable de la pregunta dos. Estudio de la sentencia constitucional No 2158-17-EP/21, sobre la vulneración del principio de los Interés superior, los derechos a seguridad jurídica y motivación. Se plantea la enseñanza del Derecho tomando un enfoque teórico deductivo y jurídico con el fin de construir sociedades más justas y una mayor implementación del desarrollo sostenible. |
