| dc.description | Resumen: La reforma tributaria en el año 2023 establece diversos cambios con relación a la recaudación de impuestos, en base a las acciones fiscales y a las normativas estatales, eliminando diversos beneficios que ofrecía la antigua reforma a las cooperativas de taxis. En el caso de la cooperativa de taxis de Tarqui ubicada en la ciudad de Guayaquil se ven diversas inconformidades en relación con el incremento del impuesto tributario, disminuyendo de forma significativa sus ingresos. La metodología aplicada en este trabajo de titulación es cuantitativo y cualitativo en relación a las necesidades del tema de investigación, los resultados se obtienen gracias a una encuesta y a entrevistas a expertos como resultados de la investigación, y la propuesta se centra como un análisis teórico de los temas tratados en la investigación estableciendo el cumplimiento de cada objetivo planteado. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | Abstract: The 2023 tax reform establishes several changes related to tax collection, based on fiscal actions and state regulations, eliminating various benefits that the previous reform offered to taxi cooperatives. In the case of the Tarqui taxi cooperative, located in the city of Guayaquil, there are several complaints regarding the tax increase, significantly reducing its income. The methodology applied in this thesis is quantitative and qualitative in relation to the needs of the research topic. The results are obtained through a survey and interviews with experts as research results. The proposal focuses on a theoretical analysis of the topics covered in the research, establishing the fulfillment of each proposed objective. | es_ES |
