Abstract

Abstract: This work on curricular integration covers an analysis of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), as well as an analysis of SDG 16, which refers to promoting peace, justice and solid institutions. The SDGs are an initiative adopted by the United Nations that addresses global problems of sustainable development. They are based on 17 objectives that cover issues of health, education, gender equality, decent work, natural resources, the end of poverty, solutions for hunger, among others. This ruling No. 1292-19-EP/21 under study analyzes the alleged violation of legal security and motivation, in the appeal ruling issued within a protection action. Case No. 1292-19-EP of the plaintiff Sandra Catalina Montaleza Juca is analyzed given that the judges in the second instance did not carry out an analysis of the violation of the alleged rights. This case is related to SDG 16 because it protects the right to access to quality justice, legal certainty, effective judicial protection, rights of participation, communication and information, and the right to good public administration.
