| dc.description | Resumen: Mediante este trabajo y la investigación llevada a cabo con la utilización del método sistemático, se contribuye significativamente a explorar la relación entre las asignaturas de un plan de estudios específico y las instituciones jurídicas, así como su conexión con iniciativas globales como la Agenda de los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible, a través del análisis de decisiones judiciales. Por consiguiente, desde la asignatura de Derecho Penal, se establece un vínculo con el Objetivo de Desarrollo Sostenible número 16 y una sentencia emitida por la Corte Nacional de Justicia del Ecuador para evaluar cómo se garantiza el acceso a la justicia y la paz para todos los ciudadanos en ese país. Por último, este estudio de investigación permite identificar los factores que influyen en las preferencias de los graduados en Derecho de la UTPL hacia áreas específicas del campo jurídico y su futura especialización en ramas de interés. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | Abstract: Through this work and the research conducted using the systematic method, significant contributions are made to explore the relationship between subjects in a specific curriculum and legal institutions, as well as their connection to global initiatives such as the Sustainable Development Goals agenda, through the analysis of judicial decisions. Consequently, from the Criminal Law subject, a link is established with Sustainable Development Goal 16 and a judgment issued by the National Court of Justice of Ecuador to assess how access to justice and peace for all citizens in that country is ensured. Finally, this research study enables the identification of factors influencing the preferences of graduates from the UTPL Law School towards specific areas of the legal field and their future specialisation in branches of interest. | es_ES |
