Abstract

Abstract: The objective of the following research work, where the study of a sentence is carried out with the link to a Sustainable Development Goal (SDG), where it is based on a problem of a proposed case that had its beginnings in the Provincial Court of Justicia de los Ríos, a case that was referred and put into effect by the Constitutional Court of Ecuador, a problem that was filed by Mrs. Miriam Pilar Salazar Jiménez, against Mr. Becquer Servando Guingla Jogacho, where an extraordinary protection action is proposed, for the possession of the minors in question, even though it was proposed to verify the best interests of the children, in this sentencing study the rights that were violated in the following judicial process will be proposed and verified, including them and emphasizing the respective current regulations, and carrying out quality protection, which refer to each other, always taking into account the rigidity that is managed in our Constitution, where the rights of the violated people are defended in a reciprocal manner.
