| Abstract: | Abstract: The current Integration Project in the Law Career not only provides valuable knowledge to students, but also establishes a connection with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through the analysis of judgments involving esternal events that impact ethical beliefs and the profesional development proccess of individuals. It is essential to recognize the importance of this integration, as it allows for the combination of theoretical and practican knowledge with the global objectives of the SDGs, focusing on goal 16 of peace, justice, and strong institutions. Through research, students Will be able to understand the global reality and reflect on the relevance of the skills acquired, addressing fundamental issues such as access to justicie and equality before the law; where the rights of all citizens are respected. It is essential that the professional profile of a Law graduate alings with the needs of today´s society. This Project Will enrich students´learning and enable them to contribute to the construction of a fairer and more sustainable world. |
| Description: | Resumen: El actual Proyecto de Integración en la Carrera de Derecho no solo proporciona un valioso conocimiento a los estudiantes, sino que también establece una conexión con los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS) a través del análisis de sentencias que involucran eventos externos que impactan en las creencias éticas y en el proceso de desarrollo profesional de los individuos, Es fundamental reconocer la importancia de esta integración, ya que permite combinar conocimientos teóricos y prácticos con los objetivos globales de los ODS, centrándose en el objetivo N 16 de paz, justicia e instituciones sólidas. Mediante la investigación, los estudiantes podrán comprender la realidad mundial y reflexionar sobre la relevancia de las competencias adquiridas, y abordar temas fundamentales como el acceso a la justicia y la igualdad ante la ley; en las que se respeten los derechos de todos los ciudadanos. Es esencial que el perfil profesional del egresado de Derecho se alinee con las necesidades de la sociedad actual. Este Proyecto enriquecerá el aprendizaje de los estudiantes y les permitirá contribuir a la construcción de un mundo más justo y sostenible. |
