Preferencias académicas de los estudiantes de la carrera de Derecho y su vinculación con los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS) a través del estudio de sentencias

Abstract

Abstract: Within this research project, which has as its theme the academic preferences and the relationship of the sentence with the preferred subject and the sustainable development objectives, specifically SDG 5, for which the link of this with the subject of Human Rights and the study of sentences is analyzed, according to methodologically valid guidelines to examine legal phenomena from different perspectives and identify in various dimensions, deficiencies and limitations of a cultural and ideological, structural and social order. For which a theoretical - deductive study was applied; which allows in addition to corroborating the information, to expand on it and find valid and solid concepts in order to integrate a link between Law and social phenomena, in which the systematic method and the exegetic method were used. And as for the sentence, it is fully attached to both the subject and SDG 8 because it addresses the violation of rights both procedural and personal and in relation to gender and freedom in all its expressions. On the other hand, the results show that there are competencies in the new legal knowledge obtained and that it has been linked to global social agendas and national public policies, thus contributing to building a more just and democratic society. This reveals that, although there are important advances in Ecuadorian legislation in the normative recognition of victims of gender inequality, and in compliance with their right to effective judicial protection and other resources.
